Pear&Chia Pancakes / Vegan, Sugar Free, Gluten Free
Ingredients
Coconut Cream/ Oil | 120 ml |
Ripe Pear | 100 g |
Gluten Free Oatmeal flakes | 40 g |
Chia Seeds | 10 g |
Water | 40 ml |
Cinnamon | 1/2 tsp |
Baking powder |
1/2 tsp |
Cooking process

Pour chia with water, stir and leave for 15 minutes. This will be our vegan egg.

Mash the ripe pear with fork, in a blender mix the pear, coconut cream, cereal and spices. This will be our dough

Combine the dough with a chia egg, whisk and mix well, so that there are no lumps from the seeds.

Bake over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side, using Ghee or Coconut Oil.

Serve with your favourite flavor of Urth Essence sugar-free spread.
